What should I do if Shipping Label Created is still shown next to my order?

Please be aware that the postal service must pick up the box from our warehouse after your package has been made and wrapped. Before the package is picked up by the courier, it may take 1-3 business days, depending on the time and day.

Send us an email at info@emilystepsandpepbehemothlabz.com with your tracking number and any further inquiries you may have about the shipment.

Given the volume of orders we get each day, it occasionally occurs that a package may be lost in transit. Therefore, if your tracking has not changed after three days, please email us, and we would be happy to help you get the package to you as soon as possible.

We recently updated our website, changing our packaging in the process. However, there are some items in the shop with some of our previous labels still attached.

You are still using a 100% pure, high-quality Behemoth product even if you come across one with outdated labeling.

We have our main operations in the EU, so this one is quite straightforward. However, the warehouse is in the United States.

 

When you order something from a foreign country, we cannot guarantee that it will reach you because we regrettably have no control over customs.

 
 

We had to regrettably get rid of some old inventory for the new site because some of our products will be making a triumphant comeback. Some items will no longer be available for purchase on Behemothlabz.
Feel free to write to us if you do think we should carry a particular product once more; we just could make your wish come true.

We will be sending weekly newsletters on an old stock that will be making a comeback, so please check your inbox.
